目的:建立一种同时测定复方炔雌醇甲羟孕酮胶囊中维生素A、维生素D2和维生素E含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱,流动相为甲醇-乙腈(90∶10),检测波长为265 nm。结果维生素A、维生素D2和维生素E检测质量浓度的线性范围分别为0.1~1.0mg·mL -1(r=0.9997)、0.2~5.0μg·mL -1(r=0.9997)和0.5~16mg·mL -1(r=0.9999),平均回收率分别为99.6%,100.0%和100.9%,RSD分别为1.0%,1.1%和0.9%。结论该方法快速、准确、重复性好,可用于复方炔雌醇甲羟孕酮胶囊中3种维生素的含量测定。

Objective To develop an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of vitamin A ,vitamin D2 and vitamin E in Compound Ethinyloestradiol and Medroxyprogesterone Capsules .Methods The determination was performed on a Kromasil C18 column ,with a mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile (90∶10) ,and the detection wavelength was set at 265 nm . Re-sults The linear range of vitamin A ,vitamin D2 and vitamin E were 0 .1~1 .0 mg · mL -1 (r=0 .999 7) ,0 .2~5 .0μg · mL -1 (r=0 .999 7) and 0 .5~16 mg · mL -1 (r=0 .999 9) ,and the average recovery rate were 99 .6% ,100 .0% and 100 .9% ,with RSD of 1 .0% ,1 .1% and 0 .9% ,respectively .Conclusion The established method is easy to operate and shows good precision and repro-ducibility ,and could be used for the determination of 3 kinds of vitamins in Ethinyloestradiol and Medroxyprogesterone Capsules .
