目的:了解精神科护士对健康教育的认知与实施状况,为提高健康教育效果提供依据。方法采用自拟问卷对78名精神科护士的健康教育认知和实施状况进行调查分析。结果精神科护士对健康教育的认知总均分为(2.58±0.35)分,实施现状总均分为(2.34±0.84)分。不同学历、职称、工作时间的护士对健康教育的认知及实施状况比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01),其中学历和职称越高、工作时间越长,健康教育认知和实施状况越好。结论精神科护士对健康教育的认知及实施状况不理想,护理管理者应加强护士的健康教育业务知识培训、发挥资深护士的骨干作用等,以期为患者提供高水平的健康教育。

목적:료해정신과호사대건강교육적인지여실시상황,위제고건강교육효과제공의거。방법채용자의문권대78명정신과호사적건강교육인지화실시상황진행조사분석。결과정신과호사대건강교육적인지총균분위(2.58±0.35)분,실시현상총균분위(2.34±0.84)분。불동학력、직칭、공작시간적호사대건강교육적인지급실시상황비교차이유겁현저성(P<0.01),기중학력화직칭월고、공작시간월장,건강교육인지화실시상황월호。결론정신과호사대건강교육적인지급실시상황불이상,호리관리자응가강호사적건강교육업무지식배훈、발휘자심호사적골간작용등,이기위환자제공고수평적건강교육。
Objective To find out cognition of health education and status of practicing health education in psychiatric nurses in order to provide basis for im-proving clinical health education effect .Methods Cognition of health education and practice status were investigated and analyzed with the Self-made Questionnaire in 78 psychiatric nur-ses .Results Total average score of nurses’ cognition of psychiatric health education was 2 .58 ± 0 .35 and that of practice status 2 .34 ± 0 .84 .There were very significant differences in cognition and practice status among nurses with different educational backgrounds ,technical titles and working time (P<0 .01) .The higher educational backgrounds and technical titles and the longer working time ,the better cognition and practice status were .Conclusion Cognition of health education and practice status aren’t ideal in psychiat-ric nurses ,nursing managers should pay attention to managing health education ,enhancing professional knowledge training ,educing backbone role of senior nurses etc .in order to provide high-level health edu-cation for patients .
