目的:探讨高年级大学生状态焦虑、择业效能感与职业决策困难的相关性。方法对440名高年级大学生采用状态焦虑问卷、大学生职业决策自我效能量表、大学生职业决策困难问卷进行测评分析。结果高年级大学生的状态焦虑问卷评分显著高于大学生常模(P<0.01),状态焦虑问卷评分与职业决策困难问卷评分均呈显著正相关(R=0.465-0.685,P<0.01),大学生职业决策自我效能量表评分与职业决策困难问卷评分均呈显著负相关(R=-0.595--0.219,P<0.01);择业效能感中自我评价和制定规划2个因子在状态焦虑与职业决策困难之间起部分中介作用(β=-0.235、-0.166,P<0.05或0.01)。结论择业效能感是高年级大学生状态焦虑与职业决策困难关系的中介变量。

Objective To explore the relationships among state anxiety ,career-selection self-efficacy and career decision-making difficulties .Methods Assessments were conducted with the State Anxiety Invento-ry (SAI) ,Career Decision-making Self-efficacy Scale (CDSMSE) and Career Decision-making Difficulty Questionnaire (CDDQ) in 440 college students of high grades .Results The SAI score of the students was significantly higher compared with college student norm (P<0 .01) ,their career-selection self-efficacy and career decision-making difficulty level were not high .The SAI score was positively related to the CD-DQ significantly (R=0 .465~0 .685 , P< 0 .01) and the CDSMSE negatively to CDDQ (R= -0 .595~-0 .219 , P<0 .01) .Self-evaluation and plan-making of career-selection self-efficacy played partial media-tion between state anxiety and career decision-making difficulty (β= -0 .235 ,-0 .166 ,P<0 .05 or 0 .01) . Conclusion Career-selection self-efficacy is an intervening variable between state anxiety and career deci-sion-making difficulty .
