在花楸树盛花期喷50×10-6赤霉素,可提高坐果率28.72%;喷PBO生长调节剂300倍液,可提高坐果率17.35%。在天目琼花盛花期喷50×10-6赤霉素,可提高坐果率22.71%;喷PBO生长调节剂300倍液,可提高坐果率14.93%。以山杏、山梨为研究对象,在果实成熟前25 d全株喷洒激素,在10×10-6~50×10-6范围内,随NAA和GA的增高,两个树种落果率明显下降,但均以30×10-6~50×10-6最为显著,落果率仅在10%以下,比对照下降了88.4%。

When 50 ×10 -6 gibberellin was sprinkled in full -blossom period , fruit setting rate of Sorbus pohua-shanensis (Hance) Hedl.could increase by 9.5%, and the fruit setting rate could increase by 17.3.5%with 300 times liquid of PBO growth regulator .When 50 ×10 -6 gibberellin was sprinkled in whole -plant full-blos-som period, fruit setting rate of Viburnum sargentiivar.calvescens could increase by 22.71%, and the fruit set-ting rate could increase by 14.93%with 300 times liquid of PBO growth regulator .With Prunus sibirica、Pyrus serotina Rehd.cv.Hengshan as the research object , whole tree were sprayed with hormones 25d before the fruit mature , fruit setting rate of the two tree species were significantly decline with the rise of NAA and GA in the 10 ×10 -6 ~50 ×10 -6 test range , but 30 ×10 -6 ~50 ×10 -6 were the most significant , fruit abscission rate of these species were below 10%, were 88.4%lower than control .
