以青杄云杉新鲜花粉为试验材料,在含有蔗糖和硼酸的固体培养基上作生命力测定,结果表明:当培养基中蔗糖质量浓度为5%时,花粉萌发数量最多,生命力为95.9%,是质量浓度为20%的6.5倍,对高含量的蔗糖十分敏感。当培养基中硼酸质量浓度为0.03%时,花粉萌发数量最多,生命力为88.3%,较质量浓度为0.07%的生命力高出18.2个百分点;与蔗糖相比较,对硼酸含量表现得不十分敏感。

이청천운삼신선화분위시험재료,재함유자당화붕산적고체배양기상작생명력측정,결과표명:당배양기중자당질량농도위5%시,화분맹발수량최다,생명력위95.9%,시질량농도위20%적6.5배,대고함량적자당십분민감。당배양기중붕산질량농도위0.03%시,화분맹발수량최다,생명력위88.3%,교질량농도위0.07%적생명력고출18.2개백분점;여자당상비교,대붕산함량표현득불십분민감。
Fresh pollen of Picea wilsonii Mast.was taken as test material to measure vitality by using solid medium with sucrose and boric acid , it turned out that when sucrose concentration was 5%,there was the largest number of pollen germination , viability was 95 .9%, was 6.5 times than sucrose concentration of 5%, was sensitive to high levels of sucrose .when boric acid concentration was 0 .03%, there was the largest number of pollen germination , viability was 88.3%, was 18.2 percent point than boric acid concentration of 0.07%, was not very sensitive to boric acid .
