开放式实验教学已成为实验教学改革的必然趋势和发展方向，是对传统实验教学的一种挑战，它涉及到整个实验教学体系，是对教学方式、教学内容和教学条件的重新优化组合，是实验教学改革的突破口。通过总结开放实验室的作用，对开放实验室过程中存在的问题，如实验室师资不能满足需求，开放实验室工作量大、成本高，学生对开放实验缺乏目的性等问题作了探讨，提出了相应的解决方案，对开放实验室的安全问题提出建议。

Open experimental teaching has become an inevitable trend and direction of experimental teaching reform,which is a challenge to the traditional experiment teaching. It involves the whole experimental teaching system,and it is the reoptimization of the way of teaching,teaching content and teaching conditions. It is a breakthrough in the reform of experiment teaching. This paper summarizes the role of open laboratory ,and deals with the problems in the process of opening laboratories,such as insufficient demand for laboratory teaching,big workload of open laboratory,high cost and students’ lack of purpose for it. The paper presents solutions on the corresponding problems.
