采用搅拌球磨机对木薯淀粉机械活化,以活化60 m in的木薯淀粉为原料,干法合成交联羧甲基淀粉吸附剂。考察了交联羧甲基淀粉的取代度、溶液pH、Pb2+初始质量浓度、吸附时间、用量等因素对交联羧甲基淀粉吸附Pb2+的影响。结果表明:交联羧甲基淀粉对 Pb2+有很好的吸附作用;用取代度为0.763的交联羧甲基淀粉吸附溶液中的Pb2+,在Pb2+初始质量浓度40 mg/L、pH=7.0、交联羧甲基淀粉用量0.10 g、吸附时间40 min条件下,吸附容量为18.6 mg/g ,吸附率为93.1%。
採用攪拌毬磨機對木藷澱粉機械活化,以活化60 m in的木藷澱粉為原料,榦法閤成交聯羧甲基澱粉吸附劑。攷察瞭交聯羧甲基澱粉的取代度、溶液pH、Pb2+初始質量濃度、吸附時間、用量等因素對交聯羧甲基澱粉吸附Pb2+的影響。結果錶明:交聯羧甲基澱粉對 Pb2+有很好的吸附作用;用取代度為0.763的交聯羧甲基澱粉吸附溶液中的Pb2+,在Pb2+初始質量濃度40 mg/L、pH=7.0、交聯羧甲基澱粉用量0.10 g、吸附時間40 min條件下,吸附容量為18.6 mg/g ,吸附率為93.1%。

The cross-linking carboxymethylstarch adsorbent was prepared by dry method using cassava starch ,mechanically activated for 60 min by a stirring-type ball mill ,as a starting material .The effects of substitution degree ( Ds ) of cross-linking carboxymethylstarch , solution pH , Pb2+ initial concentration ,adsorption time ,and the starch dosage on adsorption abilities of the cross-linking carboxymethylstarch for Pb2+ were investigated .The results indicate that the adsorption abilities of the cross-linking carboxymethylstarch for Pb2+ is good .T reated solution of containing Pb2+ by the cross-linking carboxymethylstarch (Ds =0 .763) ,the adsorption capacity for Pb2+ is 18 .6 mg/g ,and the adsorption rate for Pb2+ is 93 .1% ,w hen the dosage of the cross-linking carboxymethylstarch is 0 .10 g ,Pb2+ initial concentration is 40 mg/L ,solution pH is 7 .0 ,adsorption time is 40 min .
