研究了用盐酸从废弃荧光粉中浸出稀土,考察了盐酸浓度、液固体积质量比、反应温度、反应时间、搅拌速度对稀土浸出率的影响,确定了较优的浸出条件。试验结果表明:在盐酸浓度2 mol/L、液固体积质量比5∶1、反应温度70℃、反应时间4 h、搅拌速度150 r/min条件下,稀土浸出率为83.45%。
研究瞭用鹽痠從廢棄熒光粉中浸齣稀土,攷察瞭鹽痠濃度、液固體積質量比、反應溫度、反應時間、攪拌速度對稀土浸齣率的影響,確定瞭較優的浸齣條件。試驗結果錶明:在鹽痠濃度2 mol/L、液固體積質量比5∶1、反應溫度70℃、反應時間4 h、攪拌速度150 r/min條件下,稀土浸齣率為83.45%。
연구료용염산종폐기형광분중침출희토,고찰료염산농도、액고체적질량비、반응온도、반응시간、교반속도대희토침출솔적영향,학정료교우적침출조건。시험결과표명:재염산농도2 mol/L、액고체적질량비5∶1、반응온도70℃、반응시간4 h、교반속도150 r/min조건하,희토침출솔위83.45%。
Extracting rare earth from waste phosphor using hydrochloric acid was studied .The effects of hydrochloric acid concentration ,the ratio between liquid volume and solid mass ,reaction tempera-ture ,reaction time and stirring speed on extraction of rare earth were investigated .The results show that at the optimum leaching conditions w hich are hydrochloric acid concentration of 2 mol/L ,liquid-solid ratio of 5∶1 ,reaction temperature of 70 ℃ ,reaction time of 4 h and stirring speed of 150 r/min , the leaching rate of rare earth is 83 .45% .
