研究了从高酸度、低稀土浓度的稀土分组液中回收酸并富集稀土。对于盐酸浓度约2 mol/L的稀土溶液,用KS-1均相膜进行扩散渗析处理,然后用P507萃取,酸回收率达80%;对于稀土质量浓度约10 g/L的溶液,用P204萃取可浓缩富集到25 g/L。也研究了用732树脂富集稀土,结果较为满意。

연구료종고산도、저희토농도적희토분조액중회수산병부집희토。대우염산농도약2 mol/L적희토용액,용KS-1균상막진행확산삼석처리,연후용P507췌취,산회수솔체80%;대우희토질량농도약10 g/L적용액,용P204췌취가농축부집도25 g/L。야연구료용732수지부집희토,결과교위만의。
Enrichment of rare earth elements and recovery of acid from rare earth grouping solution which acidity was high and rare earth elements concentration was low have been experimented .The acid recovery reached 80% from the solution of hydrochloric acid concentration about 2 mol/L after dialysis treatment with KS-1 homogeneous membrane and solvent extraction by P507 .The rare earth elements in the solution could be enriched from 10 g/L to 25 g/L by P204 solvent extraction .Rare earth elements were also enriched by 732 ion exchange resin ,the results were satisfactory .
