研究了用碱法从氧化后的高钒石油焦中浸出钒,进行了槽浸、柱浸、堆浸试验。试验结果表明:在温度110℃、液固体积质量比6∶1、NaO H质量浓度150 g/L最佳条件下,槽浸钒浸出率为67.89%;在NaO H质量浓度为75 g/L时,槽浸钒浸出率最大为53.76%;在 NaO H 质量浓度为75 g/L时,堆浸钒浸出率最大为47.97%。

연구료용감법종양화후적고범석유초중침출범,진행료조침、주침、퇴침시험。시험결과표명:재온도110℃、액고체적질량비6∶1、NaO H질량농도150 g/L최가조건하,조침범침출솔위67.89%;재NaO H질량농도위75 g/L시,조침범침출솔최대위53.76%;재 NaO H 질량농도위75 g/L시,퇴침범침출솔최대위47.97%。
Leaching of vanadium from high vanadium oxidized petroleum coke using alkali solution was investigated .The tank-leaching ,column-leaching and heap-leaching tests were conducted .The results show that under the optimal temperature of 110 ℃ ,the ratio between liquid volume and solid mass of 6∶1 ,NaOH concentration of 150 g/L ,the tank-leaching rate of vanadium reaches 67 .89% .Under the condition of NaOH concentration of 75 g/L ,the volumn-leaching rate of vanadium reaches 53 .76% . The heap-leaching rate of vanadium reaches 47 .97% under the NaOH concentration of 75 g/L .
