研究了从重庆某低品位铝土矿化学脱硅产物中溶出氧化铝。正交试验结果表明：温度和时间是影响氧化铝溶出率的主要因素；最优溶出条件为溶出时间80 min ，溶出温度260℃，αk ＝1．45，碱质量浓度220 g/L ，石灰添加量6％。最优溶出条件下，氧化铝平均实际溶出率为85．70％，平均相对溶出率为98．71％。

Leaching of A12 O3 from chemical desilication products of low-grade bauxite in Chongqing was studied .The orthogonal experimental results show that leaching temperature and time are the main influencing factors on leaching rate of A 12 O3 .T he optimal leaching conditions are leaching temperature of 260 ℃ ,alkai concentration of 220 g/L ,CaO dosage of 6% and leaching time of 80 min . Under the optimum conditions ,the average leaching rate of A12 O3 is 85 .70% ,the average relative dissolution rate is 98 .71% .
