研究了从重庆某低品位铝土矿化学脱硅产物中溶出氧化铝。正交试验结果表明:温度和时间是影响氧化铝溶出率的主要因素;最优溶出条件为溶出时间80 min ,溶出温度260℃,αk =1.45,碱质量浓度220 g/L ,石灰添加量6%。最优溶出条件下,氧化铝平均实际溶出率为85.70%,平均相对溶出率为98.71%。

Leaching of A12 O3 from chemical desilication products of low-grade bauxite in Chongqing was studied .The orthogonal experimental results show that leaching temperature and time are the main influencing factors on leaching rate of A 12 O3 .T he optimal leaching conditions are leaching temperature of 260 ℃ ,alkai concentration of 220 g/L ,CaO dosage of 6% and leaching time of 80 min . Under the optimum conditions ,the average leaching rate of A12 O3 is 85 .70% ,the average relative dissolution rate is 98 .71% .
