针对低品位钴精矿进行焙烧试验,考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、催化剂用量、空气过剩系数对矿石焙烧效果的影响。试验结果表明,在焙烧温度640℃、催化剂Na2 SO4用量2.5%、空气过剩系数1.3倍条件下焙烧2 h ,焙砂用硫酸浸出,钴浸出率达92.6%,铁浸出率仅0.72%。
針對低品位鈷精礦進行焙燒試驗,攷察瞭焙燒溫度、焙燒時間、催化劑用量、空氣過剩繫數對礦石焙燒效果的影響。試驗結果錶明,在焙燒溫度640℃、催化劑Na2 SO4用量2.5%、空氣過剩繫數1.3倍條件下焙燒2 h ,焙砂用硫痠浸齣,鈷浸齣率達92.6%,鐵浸齣率僅0.72%。
침대저품위고정광진행배소시험,고찰료배소온도、배소시간、최화제용량、공기과잉계수대광석배소효과적영향。시험결과표명,재배소온도640℃、최화제Na2 SO4용량2.5%、공기과잉계수1.3배조건하배소2 h ,배사용류산침출,고침출솔체92.6%,철침출솔부0.72%。
Roasting process of low grade cobalt concentrate was studied .The effects of roasting temperature and time ,catalyst Na2 SO4 usage ,air excess coefficient on roasting ore were examined .The results show that after the ore be roasted under the optimum roasting conditions ,the leaching rate of cobalt and iron in the ore using sulfuric acid is 92 .6% and 0 .72% ,respectively .The optimum roasting conditions are roasting temperature of 650 ℃ ,roasting time of 2 hours ,catalyst Na2 SO4 usage of 2 .5% ,air excess coefficient of 1 .3 times .
