目的：探讨自锁钢缆在治疗关节周围损伤中的临床效果。方法2009年11月～2012年12月，对61例关节周围损伤，在修复骨折时暴露骨折两断端，复位，分别在骨断端处横行钻孔，自锁钢缆穿骨道“8”字跨过骨张力面固定，必要时环扎或辅助螺钉，收紧钢缆固定；修复韧带时暴露韧带邻近骨及韧带，修补韧带，分别在邻近骨处横行钻孔自锁钢缆“8”字跨过韧带表面，维持韧带长度固定，观察疗效。结果随访时间6个月以上的58例，临床评价总体优良率91.40％。结论钢缆修复关节周围损伤具有手术切口小、损伤少、操作简单、符合生物力学原理、可以早期功能锻炼以及术后并发症少的优点。自锁钢缆修复关节周围损伤也是一种很好的手术方法。
목적：탐토자쇄강람재치료관절주위손상중적림상효과。방법2009년11월～2012년12월，대61례관절주위손상，재수복골절시폭로골절량단단，복위，분별재골단단처횡행찬공，자쇄강람천골도“8”자과과골장력면고정，필요시배찰혹보조라정，수긴강람고정；수복인대시폭로인대린근골급인대，수보인대，분별재린근골처횡행찬공자쇄강람“8”자과과인대표면，유지인대장도고정，관찰료효。결과수방시간6개월이상적58례，림상평개총체우량솔91.40％。결론강람수복관절주위손상구유수술절구소、손상소、조작간단、부합생물역학원리、가이조기공능단련이급술후병발증소적우점。자쇄강람수복관절주위손상야시일충흔호적수술방법。
Objective To explore the clinical application of self -locking cable in the treatment of periar-ticular injuries.Methods There were 61 cases of periarticular injuries .When performing fracture repair,the frac-tured bone end was exposed and reduced ,transverse drilling was applied at the bone ends ,which was fixed with self-locking cable,if necessary,fixed with cerclage or auxiliary screws;while repairing the ligament,the adjacent bone and ligament were exposed and then fixed with the self-locking cable.Results The follow-up of 58 cases was maintained for more than 6 months,with the overall excellent and good rate of 91.40%.Conclusion The self-loc-king cable is a good surgical method for repairing periarticular injuries ,which has the advantages of small incision , mini-invasiveness,simple operation,being consistent with the biomechanical principles ,early functional exercise,and less postoperative complications .
