叉车举升装置工作时产生可观的重力势能,普通叉车通常忽略了这部分能量,致其白白损耗掉,能量利用效率低下,同时也使液压系统发热,缩短了液压元件的使用寿命。通过对液压蓄能器的合理使用,构造出一种将重力势能转化为液压能存储和再利用的节能模型,并在多学科领域系统仿真软件SimulationX上建立了该模型进行仿真。

Forklift's lifting device working bring considerable gravitational potential energy, the ordinary forklift usu-ally ignore this part of energy, which have lost, energy use efficiency is low, but also makes the hydraulic system fe-ver, impact on the service life of hydraulic components. Based on the rational use of hydraulic accumulator, con-struct a gravitational potential energy into energy saving model of hydraulic energy storage and reuse, and this mod-el is realized on SimulationX, which is the simulation software for multidisciplinary systems. Simulation and com-pute result show that the energy saving effect of this system is good.
