The structure and working principle of 2D digital servo valve are demonstrated. On this basis, experimen-tal study on the static characteristics of four 4mm diameter 2D digital servo valve has been done, and their No-load flow characteristic curve and zero leakage curve are observed. Experiments show that 4mm diameter 2D digital ser-vo valve has ideal static characteristics and low pilot control zero leakage.
