在介绍β射线纸张定量测量原理基础上,通过分析Z向距离、XY向错位、气隙温度、灰尘及纸种等因素对定量测量精度影响原因,给出了相应的补偿或处理方法,再结合恒温、自动校正以及量程分段方法以提高定量测量精度。设计的定量传感器测量性能接近进口QCS系统定量传感器同等水平,达到了对纸张定量精确测量的目的。

In the paper, after introducing the measurement principle of paper ’s basis weight, the factors which are affecting the measuring accuracy , such as the Z distance, XY dislocation, air gap temperature, dust and paper grades are analyzed .And the compensations or solving methods of accurately measuring are given .The methods of thermostat, automatic calibration and range segmentation are combined in order to improve the accu -racy of basis weight measurements .The measurement performance of the designed basis weight sensor is at the same level of imports basis weight sensor .The purpose of the paper's basis weight accurate measurement is real-ized.
