为了分析温州城市化进程，根据社会、经济、历史、文化的特点，建立了温州城市化水平综合评价指标体系。利用主成分分析法建立了多层次主成分分析模型，并定量评价了2005-2011年的温州城市化水平，得出以下结论：（1）金融危机与城市化政策对城市化水平的影响有滞后一年的效果；（2）从2005年以来，温州城市化水平总体上是上升的，2010年的城市化水平上升幅度最大，2008年上升幅度最小；（3）温州市在2009年和2011年的城市化水平下降了，2011年比2009年的下降幅度更大；（4）温州市的城市化速度在2010年提高了，其余年份都下降了。

This article constructs the index system of the comprehensive evaluation of Wenzhou urbanization level based on the historical, economical and cultural peculiarity of Wenzhou City to analyze the process of urbanization of Wenzhou City. By using the method of Principal Component Analysis, it establishes the Multi-level Principal Component Analysis Model and it gives quantitative evaluation of Wenzhou urbanization level ranging from the year 2005 to 2010. Results are presented as below. (1) The financial crisis and the urbanization policy have stayed the Wenzhou urbanization for a year.(2) On the whole, Wenzhou urbanization level has been increasing since 2005 with the amount of increase in 2010 being the highest and the amount of increase in 2008 the lowest.(3) Wenzhou urbanization level decreased in 2009 and 2011 with the amount of decrease in 2011 higher than that of 2009.(4)Wenzhou urbanization speeds up in 2010 while it slows down in rest of the years.
