富血小板血浆（platelet-rich plasma，PRP）是自体生长因子的来源，利用自体愈合机制治疗创面，用于组织修复，是外科领域一个全新的课题。PRP来源于自体血液，无免疫排斥和疾病传播风险，安全可靠。血小板内蕴含丰富的生长因子，可诱导和调节细胞分裂，分化和增殖，从而加速骨组织和软组织的自然愈合过程。本文主要综述了富血小板血浆的主要组成成分、作用机制、临床应用及富血小板血浆的最新研究进展。

PRP includes many sorts of growth factors and has been proved to be beneifcial to the maturation of both bone tissue and soft tissues, which is a new theapy in surgical ifeld. PRP is autologous and can be produced easily and safely from autologous blood, without the concerns of transmissions and immunological rejection of various diseases. Growth factors, from platelet, as natural biological mediator, mediate cellular proliferation, chemotaxis, differentiation and matrix synthesis, in which PRP enhanced both bone healing and soft tissue healing. This paper mainly reviewed the development and composition of PRP and mechanism so as to provide reference for the clinical application of PRP.
