随着近年来多模态分子影像技术的发展，PET/MR作为一种崭新的多模态分子影像设备已成功应用于临床。PET/MR一体机是将正电子发射断层扫描（PET）和核磁共振断层扫描（M R I）有机组合在同一个机架内，真正实现了不同影像模式的空间和时间上的精确配准和融合。这一成像技术的应用实现了分子功能成像和精细的解剖结构同步采集，能够提供多模态分子影像信息，在临床应用及科研领域均具有重要价值。本文结合国内第一台PET/MR一体机在我院的安装、测试及临床应用情况进行初步介绍。

With the development of multimodality molecular imaging techniques, PET/MR, as a kind of brand-new multimodality molecular imaging equipment, has been successful y applied in clinical in recent years. Integrated PET/MR combines the positron emission tomography(PET) and the nuclear magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) into the same rack organicly, and really achieves the accurate registration and fusion of the different imaging pat ern in space and time. The application of the imaging technology achieves the synchronization acquisition between molecular imaging and anatomic structure. It can provide more multimodality molecular imaging information, and has important value in clinical application and scientiifc research.The paper has a preliminary recommend by combining Chinese ifrst PET/MR`instal ation,test and clinical application in our hospital.
