目的:了解某市二级医院护士关怀能力现状,比较不同职称、学历、科室护士人文关怀能力的差异性,并对其主要影响因素进行分析,提出培养策略。方法:采用Nkongho人文关怀能力评价量表对某市3所二级医院的300名护士进行问卷调查。结果:调查对象关怀能力得分低于国外常模;职称是影响护士关怀能力最主要的因素;不同职称护士在认识、耐心2个维度上的得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护士总体关怀能力不足,职称是其主要影响因素,护理管理者应对不同职称的护士实施不同的培训计划,提高护士的关怀能力。

Objective:To analyze the current status of caring ability among nurses in three second-class hospitals,to compare caring ability among nurses with different professional titles and departments , and to analyze the main inlfuencing factors for this situation. Methods:A total of 300 clinical nurses were investigated using Caring Ability Inventory (CAI) in three second-class hospitals. Results:The nurses showed lower level of caring ability than foreign norms of CAI. Professional title was the main inlfuencing factor of caring abilities. Nurses with different professional titles had signiifcant difference in the nursing knowledge and patience (P<0.05). Conclusion:The caring ability among nurses in the primary hospitals was not enough. The nursing managers should strengthen training for nurses to improve their caring ability.
