目的：探讨ICU护士疼痛管理知识和态度的现状。方法：采用疼痛知识和态度调查（Knowledge and Attitudes Survey Regarding Pain，KASRP）（2008)中文版问卷，对内蒙古自治区8家三级医院的155名ICU护士进行调查。结果：ICU护士对KASRP（2008)中文版问卷的平均答对率为40.21%；在不同年龄、工作年限、初始学历、职称及医院重视情况方面， ICU护士对问卷的平均答对率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：ICU护士缺乏疼痛管理知识，迫切需要对其加强疼痛管理培训。
목적：탐토ICU호사동통관리지식화태도적현상。방법：채용동통지식화태도조사（Knowledge and Attitudes Survey Regarding Pain，KASRP）（2008)중문판문권，대내몽고자치구8가삼급의원적155명ICU호사진행조사。결과：ICU호사대KASRP（2008)중문판문권적평균답대솔위40.21%；재불동년령、공작년한、초시학력、직칭급의원중시정황방면， ICU호사대문권적평균답대솔차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。결론：ICU호사결핍동통관리지식，박절수요대기가강동통관리배훈。
Objective:To explore the current status of ICU nurses' knowledge and attitudes toward the pain management. Methods:ICU nurses (n=155) who were recruited from 8 tertiary hospitals in Inner Mongolia were investigated by the Knowledge and Attitudes Survey Regarding Pain (KASRP, 2008)-Chinese version scale. Results:Average correct response rate on the scale was 40.21%. There was no signiifcant differences among the age, work experience, initial education degree, and professional title of ICU nurses (P>0.05). Conclusion:ICU nurses are lack of the pain management knowledge and urgently need to strengthen pain management training.
