目的：探讨卵巢过度刺激综合征（ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome ，OHSS）的临床特点，寻求有效的预防措施。方法回顾性分析新疆医科大学第一附属医院生殖中心2013年1-12月发生中、重度卵巢过度刺激综合征患者68例（观察组）的临床资料，长方案的66例夜针均选用艾泽1支（250μg ）促卵泡成熟，2例拮抗剂方案夜针选用达菲林02． mg促卵泡成熟。选取同期未发生O HSS的长方案、夜针为艾泽250μg患者123例为对照组，比较两组不孕症患者平均年龄、平均体质指数、平均Gn总量、平均获卵数等临床特点。结果观察组与对照组患者平均获卵数分别为（218．4±83．6）枚与（103．6±108．1）枚，差异有统计学意义（P ＜00．01）；观察组与对照组患者平均年龄分别为（313．2±64．3）岁和（339．8±78．3）岁，差异无统计学意义（P ＞00．5）；观察组与对照组平均体质指数分别为（224．4±23．7）kg/m2和（229．4±35．6）kg/m2，差异无统计学意义（P ＞00．5）；观察组与对照组患者平均Gn总量分别为（24082．3±10035．8） IU 与（26900．0±1105．45） IU ，差异无统计学意义（P ＞00．5）。结论O HSS的发生与获卵数密切相关，并且获卵数＞20枚者的风险明显增加，应取消移植，采取全胚冷冻，以减少甚至杜绝中、重度O HSS的发生。
목적：탐토란소과도자격종합정（ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome ，OHSS）적림상특점，심구유효적예방조시。방법회고성분석신강의과대학제일부속의원생식중심2013년1-12월발생중、중도란소과도자격종합정환자68례（관찰조）적림상자료，장방안적66례야침균선용애택1지（250μg ）촉란포성숙，2례길항제방안야침선용체비림02． mg촉란포성숙。선취동기미발생O HSS적장방안、야침위애택250μg환자123례위대조조，비교량조불잉증환자평균년령、평균체질지수、평균Gn총량、평균획란수등림상특점。결과관찰조여대조조환자평균획란수분별위（218．4±83．6）매여（103．6±108．1）매，차이유통계학의의（P ＜00．01）；관찰조여대조조환자평균년령분별위（313．2±64．3）세화（339．8±78．3）세，차이무통계학의의（P ＞00．5）；관찰조여대조조평균체질지수분별위（224．4±23．7）kg/m2화（229．4±35．6）kg/m2，차이무통계학의의（P ＞00．5）；관찰조여대조조환자평균Gn총량분별위（24082．3±10035．8） IU 여（26900．0±1105．45） IU ，차이무통계학의의（P ＞00．5）。결론O HSS적발생여획란수밀절상관，병차획란수＞20매자적풍험명현증가，응취소이식，채취전배냉동，이감소심지두절중、중도O HSS적발생。
Objective To investigate the clinical feature of patients with ovary hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) complication in reproductive department ,to find the method of preventing OHSS complicated . Methods From January to December 2013 ,68 cases (14 sever and 54 moderate) of ovary hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) complication from the First Affiliated .Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were analyzed restrospectively .66 long project patients and the ovulation-inducing were triggered with rHCG 250 μg ,2 antagonist project patients and the ovulation-inducing were triggered with triptorelin 0 2. mg ,123 patients of infertility without OHSS were control groups .Results In the two groups ,there were signifi-cant difference in average number of obtain ovum [(21 8.4 ± 8 3.6) vs (10 3.6 ± 10 8.1) ,P <0 0.01] ,but in other three aspects average ages [(31 .32 ± 6 .43) vs (33 .98 ± 7 .83) , P > 0 .05] ,average weight index [(22 4.4 ± 2 .37) vs (22 .94 ± 3 .56) , P > 0 .05] ,average total dosage of gonadotrophin [(2 408 .23 ± 1 003 5.8) vs (2 690 3.4 ± 1 105 4.5) ,P >0 0.5] ,have not significant difference .Conclusion The occur of OHSS have frequent relation with the number of obtain ovum ,when the numbers greater than twenty ,the risk of O HSS is obviously increase .We can cancellembryo transplant ,in order to decrease the risk of mod-erate-severe O HSS .
