通过对河南省6所中等职业学校教师专业技能现状的调查,文章呈现了中等职业学校教师的教学设计技能、课堂教学技能、教学评价技能、教学研究技能等四个方面的专业技能现状及存在的问题,并提出了提高中等职业学校教师专业技能的建议,为教师自身专业成长提供方向,为教师培训提供借鉴,加快教师专业成长。
通過對河南省6所中等職業學校教師專業技能現狀的調查,文章呈現瞭中等職業學校教師的教學設計技能、課堂教學技能、教學評價技能、教學研究技能等四箇方麵的專業技能現狀及存在的問題,併提齣瞭提高中等職業學校教師專業技能的建議,為教師自身專業成長提供方嚮,為教師培訓提供藉鑒,加快教師專業成長。

Through an investigation of professional skills status of teachers in 6 secondary vocational schools of Henan,this article analyzed four aspects and of current professional teaching skill in secondary vocational schools ,i. e.design skill,classroom teaching skill,teaching evaluation skill,and teaching research skill.and discussed some existing problems.It put forward some suggestions to improve the professional skills of teachers in secondary voca -tional schools,offer correct directions for teacher’s professional growth and some reference for teacher ’s training, and prompt teacher’s professional growth.
