采用双螺杆挤出机制备不同含量回料的PVDF试样,研究PVDF回料对其拉伸性能的影响;同时通过测定熔体流动速率(MFR)和阿基米德螺旋线实验的方法,从静态、动态两方面研究PVDF回料对其流动性的影响。结果表明,PVDF回料的加入会降低PVDF的拉伸性能和流动性能,随着回料添加比例增大,其拉伸强度和螺旋线长度呈S形降低,MFR和断裂伸长率也随之下降。综合考虑材料的拉伸性能以及流动性能,在实际生产中,PVDF回料含量须控制在15%以内。

PVDF was mixed with different ratios of recycled PVDF by using double screw extruder,the influence of recycled PVDF on tensile properties of PVDF was discussed by tensile test,through the determination of MFR and archimedes spiral test, the effect of recycled PVDF on liquidity of PVDF was also reviewed from static and dynamic aspect. The results show that tensile property and liquidity reduce when recycled PVDF is added,as the content of recycled PVDF grows,the tensile strength and spiral length reduce like an S,MFR and the rupture elongation decrease either. Considering tensile properties and liquidity,the ratio of recycled PVDF should not be more than 15%in practical production.
