目的：探究循证护理理论对于抑郁症患者的作用。方法选取本院收治的92例抑郁症患者作为研究对象，按照随机分组方式将患者分为观察组(46例)和对照组(46例)，对照组予以常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上予以循证护理；运用汉密尔顿抑郁量表和护士用住院患者评定量表对两组患者分别于护理前和护理后60 d进行测评。结果护理2个月后两组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均有所改善，观察组改善情况较对照组更为明显，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；护理干预前两组患者社会能力、社会兴趣、个人卫生和抑郁状态评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，护理2个月后观察组以上指标的改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理措施能够有效改善抑郁症患者的社会能力和抑郁状态，对于患者病情恢复具有重要临床价值。

Objective To explore the role of evidence-based nursing theory for patients with depression. Methods Selecting 92 patients with depression in our hospitalas an object of study, according to the way the patients were randomized into two groups (46 cases) and control group (46 cases), control group given routine care measures, to develop programs based on evidence-based nursing theory the observation group were nursing intervention. Respectively, before and after nursing care, use the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) 60 d and nurses with inpatient rating scales for evaluation of the two groups of patients, the clinical evaluation of the role of evidence-based nursing theory for patients with depression. Results Two groups of patients after treatment Hamilton depression scale scores were decreased in the observation group decreased more obvious contrast between the two groups with statistically significant differences(P<0.05); former nursing intervention in patients with social skills groups, social interest, personal health and depression scores were not significantly different(P>0.05), the improvement of nursing observation group was significantly more than the control group index(P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing interventions can effectively improve social skills and depression in patients with depression, recovery for the patient's condition has important clinical value.
