利用球磨反应对纳米SiO2表面进行处理,用以制备超高分子量聚乙烯(PE-UHMW)/SiO2复合材料,并通过力学性能测试、X射线衍射测试及扫描电子显微镜研究分析复合材料的力学性能、耐热性、结晶度、微晶尺寸、缠结点密度等。结果表明,与纯PE-UHMW相比,经过纳米SiO2改性的PE-UHMW材料,其微晶尺寸降低、缠结点密度增大,非结晶区与结晶区之间的应力传递增强,界面之间能量吸收能力增强,使PE-UHMW/SiO2复合材料的耐热性能、韧性和刚性均得到了明显的改善。
利用毬磨反應對納米SiO2錶麵進行處理,用以製備超高分子量聚乙烯(PE-UHMW)/SiO2複閤材料,併通過力學性能測試、X射線衍射測試及掃描電子顯微鏡研究分析複閤材料的力學性能、耐熱性、結晶度、微晶呎吋、纏結點密度等。結果錶明,與純PE-UHMW相比,經過納米SiO2改性的PE-UHMW材料,其微晶呎吋降低、纏結點密度增大,非結晶區與結晶區之間的應力傳遞增彊,界麵之間能量吸收能力增彊,使PE-UHMW/SiO2複閤材料的耐熱性能、韌性和剛性均得到瞭明顯的改善。
이용구마반응대납미SiO2표면진행처리,용이제비초고분자량취을희(PE-UHMW)/SiO2복합재료,병통과역학성능측시、X사선연사측시급소묘전자현미경연구분석복합재료적역학성능、내열성、결정도、미정척촌、전결점밀도등。결과표명,여순PE-UHMW상비,경과납미SiO2개성적PE-UHMW재료,기미정척촌강저、전결점밀도증대,비결정구여결정구지간적응력전체증강,계면지간능량흡수능력증강,사PE-UHMW/SiO2복합재료적내열성능、인성화강성균득도료명현적개선。
The surface of SiO2 nanoparticles was treated via the ball milling reaction and PE-UHMW/SiO2 composites were thus prepared. The mechanical properties, heat resistance, crystallinity, crystallite size, density of entanglement points were determined by mechanical properties, X ray diffraction and SEM test. The results indicate that compared with untreated PE-UHMW, the crystallite size of PE-UHMW modified by nano-SiO2 decrease, while the node density increase. The stress transmission between amorphous and crystalline regions and the interface energy absorption capability of PE-UHMW/SiO2 composites also increase. So the heat resistance, toughness and rigidity properties of PE-UHMW/SiO2 composites are obviously improved.
