利用再分配反应制备了双端带有羟基的低分子量聚苯醚(PPO-LMW),并将PPO-LMW作为环氧树脂(EP)的固化剂参与固化反应。在此基础上,对EP/PPO-LMW体系的相容性及性能进行了研究。结果表明,通过再分配反应制得的双端带有羟基的PPO-LMW与EP具有良好的相容性,EP/PPO-LMW体系固化物的相态均一。加入PPO-LMW以后,EP的冲击性能、介电性能及热稳定性得到了明显的改善。
利用再分配反應製備瞭雙耑帶有羥基的低分子量聚苯醚(PPO-LMW),併將PPO-LMW作為環氧樹脂(EP)的固化劑參與固化反應。在此基礎上,對EP/PPO-LMW體繫的相容性及性能進行瞭研究。結果錶明,通過再分配反應製得的雙耑帶有羥基的PPO-LMW與EP具有良好的相容性,EP/PPO-LMW體繫固化物的相態均一。加入PPO-LMW以後,EP的遲擊性能、介電性能及熱穩定性得到瞭明顯的改善。

Low molecular weight polyphenylene oxide (PPO-LMW)with two hydroxyl end groups was prepared by redistribution reaction,and was used as curing agent of epoxy (EP) resin. The compatibility and properties of EP/PPO-LMW system was further studied. The results show that the compatibility between EP and PPO-LMW with two hydroxyl end groups is good. Cured EP/PPO-LMW system show homogenous phase.After addition of PPO-LMW into epoxy,the impact resistance,dielectric properties and thermal stability of cured EP/PPO-LMW system are greatly improved.
