采用尼龙(PA)6T盐(对苯二甲酸己二胺盐)和己内酰胺等通过溶液共聚法合成了系列半芳香共聚PA6T/6,通过傅立叶变换红外光谱、差示扫描量热仪对产物结构进行了表征。系统研究了共聚单体配比、共聚反应温度、时间等工艺因素对共聚物熔点、特性黏度等的影响规律。结果表明,随着PA6T盐/己内酰胺物质的量比的增大,共聚物的熔点呈现出先降低后增加的趋势。增加固相反应的温度与时间有利于共聚物特性黏度的增大,优化的工艺条件为190℃下固相反应3 h。通过固相聚合来提高共聚物熔点的方法效果并不明显。

Serious of semi-aromatic copolyamides 6T/6 were synthesized via solution polymerization by using hexamethy-lenediamine salt of terephthalic acid (PA6T salt) and caprolactam as raw materials. The structure of obtained samples were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry. The influence of co-monomer ratio, polymerization temperature,polymerization time and other process factors on the melting point,intrinsic viscosity was discussed in detail. The results show that with increasing the amount of substance ratio of PA6T salt/caprolactam,the melting points of PA6T/6 show an increasing trend after the first reduction. The increase in the solid-phase reaction temperature and time is conductive to the increase of intrinsic viscosity. The optimum polymerization conditions are 190℃for 3 h. The effect of solid-phase polymerization to raise the melting point of co-polyamide is not obvious.
