研究了液体石蜡和H201甲基硅油两种液体润滑剂对浇铸尼龙6(MCPA6)的力学性能及摩擦磨损性能的影响,探讨了MCPA6复合材料的摩擦磨损机理。结果表明,液体石蜡和H201甲基硅油均能明显改善MCPA6复合材料的摩擦磨损性能,且液体石蜡改善效果更佳。当液体石蜡含量为9%时,MCPA6复合材料摩擦系数低达0.037,磨损率低达0.193×10-5 mm3/(N · m),分别比纯MCPA6降低了84%,96%;复合材料的拉伸强度略有降低,断裂伸长率、冲击强度均得到提高。

The influence of liquid paraffin and H201 dimethyl silicone fluid on mechanical and friction and wear properties of monomer casting nylon 6 (MCPA6) was studied. The mechanism of friction and wear of MCPA6 composites were analyzed. The results show that both liquid paraffin and H201 dimethyl silicone fluid can significantly improve friction and wear properties of MCPA6 composites,and liquid paraffin has better effect. When the content of liquid paraffin is 9%,the coefficient of friction of MCPA6 composite is 0.037,and the wear rate is 0.193×10-5 mm3/(N · m),which reduce by 84%and 96%compared with pure MCPA6 respectively. The composite has slightly lower tensile strength,and the fracture elongation and impact strength are all increased.
