目的：对改良胸膜纤维板剥脱术在慢性脓胸治疗中的应用进行研究分析。方法选取在我院采用改良胸膜纤维板剥脱术进行治疗的43例慢性脓胸患者作为研究对象，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，观察患者临床疗效。结果本组43例患者均顺利完成手术，术后并发症发生率7.0％，无死亡病例，临床治疗总有效率100％。结论改良胸膜纤维板剥脱术治疗慢性脓胸疗效显著，可有效降低患者并发症的发生率，值得临床推广应用。
목적：대개량흉막섬유판박탈술재만성농흉치료중적응용진행연구분석。방법선취재아원채용개량흉막섬유판박탈술진행치료적43례만성농흉환자작위연구대상，대기림상자료진행회고성분석，관찰환자림상료효。결과본조43례환자균순리완성수술，술후병발증발생솔7.0％，무사망병례，림상치료총유효솔100％。결론개량흉막섬유판박탈술치료만성농흉료효현저，가유효강저환자병발증적발생솔，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To improve pleural fibreboard peeling technique through analyzing the application in the treatment of chronic pyothorax. Methods Improved selection in our hospital adopted pleural fibreboard stripped surgery for treatment of 43 cases of chronic pyothorax patients as the research object, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, the clinical curative ef ect were observed. Results The 43 patients were successful y completed surgery, 7.0% incidence of postoperative complications, no death cases, the clinical total ef ective rate 100%. Conclusion The improved treatment of pleural fibreboard stripped chronic pyothorax curative ef ect significantly, can ef ectively reduce the incidence of patients with complications, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
