进行了伊朗某含硫磁铁矿石的工艺矿物学研究、选别工艺研究。结果表明,该矿石含铁较高,铁矿物类型复杂,以磁铁矿为主,含少量赤、褐铁矿,有害杂质硫含量较高。矿石中存在镁和铁的类质同象混杂,其磁铁矿纯矿物品位低于68%,用机械选矿技术精矿铁品位不能提到68%以上。试验采用粗磨后磁选-反浮选或两段细磨后磁选工艺,均可得到铁品位67%以上、硫含量降至0.1%以下的合格铁精矿。

진행료이랑모함류자철광석적공예광물학연구、선별공예연구。결과표명,해광석함철교고,철광물류형복잡,이자철광위주,함소량적、갈철광,유해잡질류함량교고。광석중존재미화철적류질동상혼잡,기자철광순광물품위저우68%,용궤계선광기술정광철품위불능제도68%이상。시험채용조마후자선-반부선혹량단세마후자선공예,균가득도철품위67%이상、류함량강지0.1%이하적합격철정광。
Study on process mineralogy and beneficiation of a sulfur magnetite ore in Iran .The results show that the ore contain high iron content ,and iron minerals type are complex ,dominated by magnetite , containing a small amount of Hematite ,Limonite ,the harmful impurities sulfur content higher .Because of isomorphism of magnesium and iron ,the pure magnetite mineral grade is less than 68% Fe ,so mechanical beneficiation technology can not be mentioned in more than 68% Fe concentrate .Using a stage grinding and magnetic separation-reverse flotation or magnetic separation process after the two-stage grinding can reach more than 67% of the iron grade ,sulfur content is reduced to less than 0 .1% of the qualified iron ore concentrate .
