为对尾矿回收硫后进行综合利用,进行了回收硫工艺探究,对选铅尾矿进行了“锌硫混浮-分离”工艺闭路试验,得到了浮选硫精矿含硫35.61%、硫回收率为45.27%,综合硫精矿品位34.75%,综合硫精矿回收率为50.86%的试验指标。对选锌尾矿进行了“磁-浮”联合工艺试验,通过先磁后浮闭路试验,得到了综合硫精矿硫品位为33.92%,硫回收率为92.15%的试验结果。通过先浮后磁闭路试验,得到了综合硫精矿硫品位35.08%,硫回收率为93.65%的试验结果。通过两种方案均能得到合格的硫精矿。

In order to recycle sulfur minerals from the tailings ,the experimental studies are conducted on three kinds of flotation processes .Firstly ,when the raw ore is the tailing after floating Lead ,through the“zinc-sulphur mixed flotation-separation” process closed-circuit test ,the flotation sulphur concentrate grade is 35 .61% and the recovery is 45 .27% ,the comprehensive sulphur concentrate grade is 34 .75% and the recovery is 50 .86% .Secondly ,when the raw ore is the tailing after floating Zinc ,through “flotation after magnetic separation “process closed-circuit” test ,the comprehensive sulphur concentrate grade is 33 .92%and the recovery is 92 .15% ;Lastly ,through “magnetic separation after flotation” process closed-circuit test ,the comprehensive sulphur concentrate grade is 35 .08% and the recovery is 93 .65% .There are only two kinds of processes that the comprehensive sulphur concentrate is qualified .
