针对纯低温水泥窑余热锅炉烟气参数的特点，以5000 t/d水泥生产实际数据为例，考虑发电功率、锅炉余热利用率、余热发电系统热效率、排烟温度的合理范围，得出单压不补汽式和双压补汽式纯低温发电系统中窑头AQC锅炉、窑尾SP锅炉的最优蒸发压力。结果表明：在确定的水泥窑烟气参数下，水泥窑余热锅炉蒸发压力，对余热发电系统发电功率有较大影响。
침대순저온수니요여열과로연기삼수적특점，이5000 t/d수니생산실제수거위례，고필발전공솔、과로여열이용솔、여열발전계통열효솔、배연온도적합리범위，득출단압불보기식화쌍압보기식순저온발전계통중요두AQC과로、요미SP과로적최우증발압력。결과표명：재학정적수니요연기삼수하，수니요여열과로증발압력，대여열발전계통발전공솔유교대영향。
The study based on the feature of flue gas in pure low-temperature cement kiln,used actual cement pro-duction data of 5 000 t/d,analyzed power generation,boiler waste heat utilization,thermal efficiency of waste heat power generation system,exhausted gas temperature,get the best evaporation pressure in waste heat power genera-tion. The results show that evaporation pressure can effect power output a lot under certain flue gas conditions.
