目的探讨胰十二指肠切除术中胰空肠吻合技术的改进。方法回顾性分析我院肝胆外科2001年7月至2013年11月76例胰十二指肠切除术行改良式胰管空肠黏膜吻合患者的临床资料。结果胰空肠黏膜吻合时间平均26.7分钟，无胰漏发生，病人均痊愈出院。结论改良胰管空肠黏膜吻合方法具有操作简便，吻合可靠，胰漏发生率低的特点，且能较好保持胰腺外分泌功能。
목적탐토이십이지장절제술중이공장문합기술적개진。방법회고성분석아원간담외과2001년7월지2013년11월76례이십이지장절제술행개량식이관공장점막문합환자적림상자료。결과이공장점막문합시간평균26.7분종，무이루발생，병인균전유출원。결론개량이관공장점막문합방법구유조작간편，문합가고，이루발생솔저적특점，차능교호보지이선외분비공능。
Objective to analyze the modified procedure of pancreaticojejunostomy in pancreaticoduodenectomy(Pd). Methods the clinical data of 76 patients underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy from July 2001 to november 2013 at department of Hepatopancreatic surgery,Yantaishan Hospital ,were collected and analyzed retrospectively. all the patients underwent duct-to-mucosa pancreaticojejunostomy. Results the mean time of duct-to-mucosa pancreaticojejunostomy was 26.7 min. there was no pancreatic leakage happened . all the patients recovered . Conclusions the modified duct-to-mucosa pancreaticojejunostomy is a simple and safe procedure in the pancreaticoduodenectomy.With the procedure,the rate of pancreatic leakage is low and the function of the remnant pancreas is well preserved.
