目的:探讨尿毒症脑病的临床特点与影像学分析。方法选择我院2011年4月至2013年4月收治的30例尿毒症脑病患者为研究对象,对患者采取头部 Mri 检查,显示双侧苍白球病变,有脑白质脱髓鞘性病变,呈左上颌窦炎症。入院后所有患者均行血液透析治疗,并联合舒血宁、小牛血去蛋白提取物等进行对症治疗。结果经治疗3周后,患者临床症状、体征有所缓解,且头部 Mri 检查显示,双侧苍白球病变的范围逐渐缩小,且形成软化灶,脑白质脱髓鞘改善,左上颌呈窦性炎症。治疗有效率为100%。结论尿毒症脑病为神经系统损害性疾病,其表现复杂,采取影像学检查,能检出脑部病灶,从而对患者中枢神经的受损情况仅了解,也能对临床鉴别、诊断提供依据,确保患者可早诊断,进行早期治疗,提高患者存活率。

목적:탐토뇨독증뇌병적림상특점여영상학분석。방법선택아원2011년4월지2013년4월수치적30례뇨독증뇌병환자위연구대상,대환자채취두부 Mri 검사,현시쌍측창백구병변,유뇌백질탈수초성병변,정좌상합두염증。입원후소유환자균행혈액투석치료,병연합서혈저、소우혈거단백제취물등진행대증치료。결과경치료3주후,환자림상증상、체정유소완해,차두부 Mri 검사현시,쌍측창백구병변적범위축점축소,차형성연화조,뇌백질탈수초개선,좌상합정두성염증。치료유효솔위100%。결론뇨독증뇌병위신경계통손해성질병,기표현복잡,채취영상학검사,능검출뇌부병조,종이대환자중추신경적수손정황부료해,야능대림상감별、진단제공의거,학보환자가조진단,진행조기치료,제고환자존활솔。
Objective to analyze the clinical and radiological features discussed uremic encephalopathy. Methods our hospital from april 2011 to april 2013 were treated 30 cases of uremic encephalopathy patients for the study, patients taking the head Mri examination showed bilateral globus pallidus lesions, demyelinating white matter lesions, was left maxillary sinus inflammation. after admission, all patients underwent hemodialysis treatment , and joint shuxuening , calf blood protein extracts symptomatic treatment . Results after 3 weeks of treatment , the clinical symptoms and signs of easing , and head Mri examination showed bilateral globus pallidus lesions gradually narrowing the scope and form malacia , white matter demyelination improvement was left maxillary sinus inflammation. The effective rate of 100% . Conclusion Uremic encephalopathy diseases damage the nervous system , its performance complex , taking imaging , brain lesions can be detected and thus damage to the central nervous system of patients only understand , but also provide the basis for clinical differential diagnosis , ensure that patients can be early diagnosis, early treatment and improve patient survival .
