配水环管结构承受高水头水压及机组上部荷载,结构复杂,受荷巨大,对结构整体强度和刚度要求较高,是CCS水电站厂房设计的关键。采用非线性有限元对其进行受力分析计算,确定配水环管外围配筋方案,计算配水环管、钢筋应力以及混凝土裂缝开展宽度。结果表明,钢衬应力、钢筋应力满足钢材的承载能力要求,混凝土开裂满足规范的要求。

The water distribution pipe is of vital importance to the powerhouse design as it bears high water head pressure and the upper load of the unit due to its complicated structure,huge load-bearing and the corresponding high requirement of overall structural strength and rigidity. Non-line-ar finite element was applied to get the stress of the pipe and the reinforcement and the width of concrete cracks. The results suggest that the stress of steel lining and the reinforcement is within the bearing capacity of the steel and the concrete cracks are in compliance with the specification.
