基于刚柔耦合技术,鉴于吊物碰撞柔性支腿事故案例,将柔性支腿柔性化,建立了刚柔耦合模型,进行了事故再现的动力学仿真,得到了仿真过程中柔性支腿的应力变化云图,并对其不同部位进行应力检测,得到了较大应力点的位置和应力值,确定了结构危险应力部位,并以此作为观测点进行实时观察,为造船门式起重机碰撞安全评估技术研究提供数据支撑。
基于剛柔耦閤技術,鑒于弔物踫撞柔性支腿事故案例,將柔性支腿柔性化,建立瞭剛柔耦閤模型,進行瞭事故再現的動力學倣真,得到瞭倣真過程中柔性支腿的應力變化雲圖,併對其不同部位進行應力檢測,得到瞭較大應力點的位置和應力值,確定瞭結構危險應力部位,併以此作為觀測點進行實時觀察,為造船門式起重機踫撞安全評估技術研究提供數據支撐。

Based on rigid-flexible coupling technology,aiming at accident cases of collision to the flexible leg by ob-jects,the flexible leg is softened.The rigid-flexible coupling model is built,for dynamic simulation of accident reoccur-rence,in order to figure out the vibration of stresses chart of the flexible leg during simulation process.The stress test is performed for different parts to figure out the location with large stress point and stress value,and determine dangerous stress position as the monitoring point for the purpose of real-time observation.The results provide data support for technolo-gy research on the evaluation for collision safety of ship-building gantry cranes.
