目的：观察复方倍他米松注射液联合超短波治疗耳廓假性囊肿的临床疗效。方法将113例耳廓假性囊肿患者随机分为治疗组(57例)与对照组(56例)，对照组采用抽液后囊内局部注射复方倍他米松注射液进行治疗，治疗组采用抽液后囊内注射复方倍他米松注射液联合超短波理疗2周，并对两组患者临床疗效进行对比。结果治疗结束后，治疗组临床总有效率为96.49%，显著优于对照组的82.14%(P<0.05)。结论复方倍他米松注射液联合超短波治疗耳廓假性囊肿的临床疗效确切，值得推广应用。
목적：관찰복방배타미송주사액연합초단파치료이곽가성낭종적림상료효。방법장113례이곽가성낭종환자수궤분위치료조(57례)여대조조(56례)，대조조채용추액후낭내국부주사복방배타미송주사액진행치료，치료조채용추액후낭내주사복방배타미송주사액연합초단파리료2주，병대량조환자림상료효진행대비。결과치료결속후，치료조림상총유효솔위96.49%，현저우우대조조적82.14%(P<0.05)。결론복방배타미송주사액연합초단파치료이곽가성낭종적림상료효학절，치득추엄응용。
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of compound betamethasone injection combined with ultrashort wave in treating pseudocyst of auricle.MethodsFrom January 2008 to January 2013, 113 cases with pseudocyst of auricle were randomly divided into treatment group (57 cases) and control group (56 cases), the cases in the control group were treated by intracapsular injection of compound betamethasone injection, the cases in the treatment group were treated with compound betamethasone injection combined with ultrashort wave therapy for 2 weeks, and the clinical effects of two groups were compared.ResultsThe total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 96.49%, which is significantly better than 82.14% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Compound betamethasone injection combined with ultrashort wave can obtain satisfactory clinical effects in treating pseudocyst of auricle, it is worthy of clinical application.
