针对桥架的结构特点和传统设计中存在的问题,提出了构建面向CAD/CAE集成的桥架设计系统的策略,研究了集成系统的总体设计和关键技术。以VB.NET、Pro/Engineer API和APDL等语言为开发工具,建立桥式起重机桥架的CAD/CAE集成系统,实现了软件系统的开发。实践证明,该系统支持桥架等复杂钢结构件的数字化设计。

Aiming at structural features and existing problems in traditional design of bridge frame,the paper intro-duces the strategy of building CAD/CAE integrated frame design system,with research on overall design and critical tech-nologies of integrated system.With VB.NET,Pro/Engineer API,and APDL and others as the development tools,the CAD/CAE integrated system is built for the frame of overhead crane to develop the software system.It is found that the a-bove-mentioned system is feasible for digital design of complicated steel structures like bridge frames.
