目的：探讨医疗设备临床应用的质量管理方法，有效提高医疗设备的完好率。方法调查医疗设备管理现状，组织具有监督管理能力的监察人员、管理人员及具有医疗设备维护专业知识的医学工程技术人员组成医疗设备管理小组，建立医疗设备管理档案，制定医疗设备检查、管理及其奖惩制度，定期对医疗设备的日常运行情况进行全面的检查及维护。结果所有医疗设备的使用、保养、维护及维修均有据可查，医学工程技术人员能够及时发现并解决医疗设备在日常运行中出现的问题，保证了医疗设备的正常运行。结论加强医疗设备临床应用的质量管理，能够有效提高医疗设备的工作效率及完好率。

Objective to investigate the quality management methods of medical devices in clinical application process in order to effectively improve the operability of medical devices.Methods to investigate the status of medical equipment management,establish the medical equipment management team by the supervisory personnel,management personnel supervision and management capabilities,establish medical equipment management files,develop medical equipment inspection,management and reward system,periodically conduct a comprehensive inspection and maintenance to the daily operation of medical equipment.Results all medical equipment use,maintenance,maintenance and repair are well documented,medical engineering and technical personnel can timely discover and solve the problems of medical equipment in the daily operation,that ensures the normal operation of medical equipment.Conclusion strengthening quality management of medical devices in clinical applications can effectively improve work efficiency and good rates of medical equipment.
