目的：了解广西乙型肝炎病毒感染及肝功能损害情况，为乙型肝炎防治提供科学依据。方法按现况研究的原理，用三阶抽样法，在广西东、西、南、北、中各选定1个县，然后在每个县选择人口约1000人的自然村，对全人群采取静脉血，用酶联免疫吸附试验（ ELISA）检测HBsAg，用速率法检测丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）。结果调查人群HBsAg阳性率为8．80％（400/4547），男性HBsAg阳性率高于女性（P＜0．01），不同年龄组HBsAg阳性率差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01），15岁以下年龄组HBsAg阳性率较低（4．79％），15～19岁明显上升，30～34岁达到最高峰（15．97％），35岁以上人群随年龄增加HBsAg阳性率呈下降趋势，但仍处在较高水平。 ALT异常率为9．83％（326/3318），男性ALT异常率高于女性（P＜0．01），19岁以前ALT异常率较低，20～69岁一直维持在较高水平，70岁以后开始下降。 HBsAg阳性人群ALT异常率高于HBsAg阴性人群（P＜0．01）。结论广西仍是乙型肝炎病毒高流行区，肝功能异常率偏高，应继续加强乙肝疫苗接种，做好肝病防治工作。
목적：료해엄서을형간염병독감염급간공능손해정황，위을형간염방치제공과학의거。방법안현황연구적원리，용삼계추양법，재엄서동、서、남、북、중각선정1개현，연후재매개현선택인구약1000인적자연촌，대전인군채취정맥혈，용매련면역흡부시험（ ELISA）검측HBsAg，용속솔법검측병안산안기전이매（ALT）。결과조사인군HBsAg양성솔위8．80％（400/4547），남성HBsAg양성솔고우녀성（P＜0．01），불동년령조HBsAg양성솔차이유통계학의의（P＜0．01），15세이하년령조HBsAg양성솔교저（4．79％），15～19세명현상승，30～34세체도최고봉（15．97％），35세이상인군수년령증가HBsAg양성솔정하강추세，단잉처재교고수평。 ALT이상솔위9．83％（326/3318），남성ALT이상솔고우녀성（P＜0．01），19세이전ALT이상솔교저，20～69세일직유지재교고수평，70세이후개시하강。 HBsAg양성인군ALT이상솔고우HBsAg음성인군（P＜0．01）。결론엄서잉시을형간염병독고류행구，간공능이상솔편고，응계속가강을간역묘접충，주호간병방치공작。
Objective To explore the situation of hepatitis B virus infection and live function in Guangxi and provide the scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of hepatitis B .Methods According to cross-sectional study and multistage sampling ,five counties were selected from eastern ,western ,southern ,northern ,and central Guan-gxi .A village with a population of about one thousand was selected from each county .The venous blood was collected from whole population.HBsAg was detected by enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay (ELISA) while alanine amin-otransferase ( ALT) was detected by performance rate method .Results The average positive rate of HBsAg in study population was 8.80%(400/4 547).The positive rate of HBsAg in male was significantly higher than that in female P<0 .01 ) .There were significant differences in the positive rate of HBsAg among groups of different ages ( P<0 .01 ) . The groups aged 15 years and younger had a lower positive rate of HBsAg (4.79%).The positive rates of HBsAg in-creased significantly among groups aged 15-19 years old,and reached a peak of 15.97%among groups aged 30-34 years old.It declined gradually among people aged 35 years and older,but was still at a higher level.The abnormal rate of ALT was 9.83%(326/3 318).The abnormal rate of ALT in male was significantly higher than that in female (P<0.01).The abnormal rate of ALT was low in people aged 19 years and younger,and was maintained at a high level among people aged 20-69 years old .It declined among people aged 70 years and older .The abnormal rate of ALT among people with positive HBsAg was higher than that with negative HBsAg (P<0.01).Conclusion Guangxi is still a region with high incidence rate of hepatitis B virus ,and the rate of abnormal liver function is high .It should be keeping strengthening the vaccination of hepatitis B as well as prevention and treatment of liver disease .
