目的：分析宫腔镜在绝经后子宫出血中的诊断价值，为临床诊疗工作的开展提供科学依据。方法对我院2010年3月至2013年8月间收治绝经后子宫出血患者126例诊治过程回顾性分析，所有患者均分别行宫腔镜及病理检查，以病理检查为金标准，分析宫腔镜诊断准确性。结果126例患者中宫腔镜诊断为萎缩性子宫内膜33例，子宫内膜息肉14例，黏膜下子宫肌瘤27例，子宫内膜增生症19例，子宫内膜炎8例，可疑子宫内膜癌15例，环变形、断裂、嵌顿10例。所有患者均行病理检查确诊，宫腔镜诊断结果对比发现，宫腔镜诊断准确率为86.51%（109/126）。结论宫腔镜诊断绝经后子宫出血简便易行，且准确性高，不易漏诊，具有较高的可信度，但是对于怀疑子宫内膜癌等恶性肿瘤性疾病者，需加行病理检查予以明确。
목적：분석궁강경재절경후자궁출혈중적진단개치，위림상진료공작적개전제공과학의거。방법대아원2010년3월지2013년8월간수치절경후자궁출혈환자126례진치과정회고성분석，소유환자균분별행궁강경급병리검사，이병리검사위금표준，분석궁강경진단준학성。결과126례환자중궁강경진단위위축성자궁내막33례，자궁내막식육14례，점막하자궁기류27례，자궁내막증생증19례，자궁내막염8례，가의자궁내막암15례，배변형、단렬、감돈10례。소유환자균행병리검사학진，궁강경진단결과대비발현，궁강경진단준학솔위86.51%（109/126）。결론궁강경진단절경후자궁출혈간편역행，차준학성고，불역루진，구유교고적가신도，단시대우부의자궁내막암등악성종류성질병자，수가행병리검사여이명학。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of hysteroscopy in postmenopausal bleeding in providing scientific evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment work. Results 126 patients in diagnostic hysteroscopy atrophic endometrium, 33 cases of endometrial polyps in 14 cases, 27 cases of submucosal uterine fibroids, endometrial hyperplasia in 19 cases, 8 cases of endometritis, suspicious 15 cases of endometrial cancer, ring deformation, fracture, incarcerated 10 cases. all patients underwent pathological examination, diagnostic hysteroscopy result comparison, hysteroscopy diagnostic accuracy was 86.51% (109/126). Conclusion the diagnosis of postmenopausal bleeding after hysteroscopy simple, and high accuracy, easy to misdiagnosis, with high reliability, but for suspected endometrial cancer and other malignant diseases, the need to be added for pathological examination clear.
