The influence of the current rotating electrode structure on energy consumption, electrode life and pile quality and the influence of the current fixed electrode structure on the service life of the electrode are analyzed. A new type of welding electrode is put forward, and it points out that after using the welding electrode (including rotating electrode and the fixed electrode), the electrode life can be prolonged, energy-saving effect is remarkable, and meanwhile, the quality of the piles can be improved.
