勤工助学活动是高校资助体系的重要组成部分，在民办高校开展形式多样的勤工助学活动，可以有效缓解家庭经济困难学生在学校期间的经济压力和心理负担，更好地实现资助与育才人的统一。本文提出了民办高校勤工助学中存在的问题，并结合工作实际对存在问题提出几点思考，以期望能为民办高校勤工助学工作的有效推进提供些许借鉴。

The work study is an important part of the financial aid system, carry out various forms of work study activities in the private universities, can effectively alleviate the family economic difficulties students in school during the economic pressure and psychological burden, to better achieve the unification of human and education funding. This paper put forward the existing problems in private college student attendance, combines with actual work, put forward a few thoughts on the existing problems, in order to provide some reference for private college part-time work.
