独立学院以其灵活适应市场需求办学模式，成为中国高等教育发展的重要组成部分。做好考试管理工作是独立学院有效培养人才的重要环节。本文就当前独立学院考试管理中存在的问题，提出从提升认知、强化组织、优化命题、完善机制等方面着力，提升考试管理效能。

Independent college is becoming an important part in the development of Chinese higher education because of its flexible school-running modes. Examination management plays a crucial role in cultivating students in independent college. Accordingly, in this paper, the author firstly studies the existing problems in examination management in independent college. The author believes that we should raise awareness, reinforce organization, optimize the proposition and raise mechanism to improve the management efficiency in examinations.
