随着高校的扩招，毕业生大军逐年增加。随着农村剩余劳动力不断涌向城市，我国就业形势非常严峻，女大学生就业问题备受关注。结合大学毕业生的调查结果，分析女大学生就业的原因，提供改变女大学生就业难的对策。

수착고교적확초，필업생대군축년증가。수착농촌잉여노동력불단용향성시，아국취업형세비상엄준，녀대학생취업문제비수관주。결합대학필업생적조사결과，분석녀대학생취업적원인，제공개변녀대학생취업난적대책。
With the expansion of university enrollment, the graduates has increased year by year. With the modernization of agriculture, increase the rural surplus labor to city. China's employment situation is very serious, the employment of female college students is of concern. Combine with the survey results and analyzes the causes of university graduates, provide countermeasures to change the difficult employment of female students.
