采用浸渍法制备了一系列ZnO/Al2 O3催化剂,考察了该催化剂在水醇摩尔比为3、常压、450℃工作条件下乙醇水蒸气重整(SRE)制氢反应活性及稳定性。结果表明, ZnO负载量达到10wt%时, C2H5OH转化率最高,但催化剂在160 min内出现明显失活。利用BET等表征手段考察了反应前后催化剂的物理化学性质,并通过失活模型模拟,提出了ZnO/Al2 O3催化剂上SRE制氢反应的失活原因。

ZnO/Al2 O3 catalysts with different ZnO loadings were synthesized by impregnation method.The performance and durability of steam reforming of ethanol ( SRE) over prepared catalysts were evaluated with n ( H2 O):n( C2 H5 OH) molar ratios of 3:1 at 450 ℃ and atmospheric pressure.The results showed that the highest C 2 H5 OH conversion was obtained at ZnO loading of 10 wt%.However , the performance deactivated rapidly after 160 min for all ZnO/Al2 O3 catalysts.BET surface areas of catalysts before and after the SRE reaction were tested.Finally, the cause of the deactivation on ZnO/Al2 O3 catalysts was provided by the deactivation model.
