个体大小、对象、投喂量、停药时间及温度是影响凡纳滨对虾体内磺胺甲噁唑药物残留的主要因素,本次实验的药物剂量为100 mg· kg-1,水温24~28℃,连续给药5天,结合实际养殖过程,建议凡纳滨对虾针对磺胺甲噁唑药物的合理休药期不少于12天,可以保障食用安全、提高出口的安全性。

The major factors which affected drug residues in vivo of L.vannamei areindividual size , objects , feeding rate, withdrawal time and environmental temperature.In this experiments, experimental drug dose was100 mg· kg -1 and the water temperature was 24~28 ℃.In order to ensure food safety , combined with the actual breeding process , it was recommended vannamei was reasonable for sulfamethoxazole drug withdrawal period of 12 days, which can protect vannamei food safety meanwhile improve security.
