In clean workshop constant temperature and humidity must be often kept due to the technological requirements. However, a lot of energy is wasted along with the emissions from dust removal in the production process and meanwhile causes thermal pollution. This article describes a technology to recycle and reuse energy from the emission rich energy wind of dust removal system by letting it enter the air handling units of the air conditioning system after purification treatments such as filtering , deodorization etc. This technology achieves zero discharge , saves energy and protects the environment, this can reach direct economic benefits and good social benefits.
