骨质增生为常见病、多发病。现代治疗以“治骨”为主，笔者通过取类比象，从理论上分析骨质增生不仅是骨质的退行性改变，更是“筋质的退行性改变”，是筋伤的一种并发症，从而提出“防治结合，筋骨同治”的治疗新方向。

Hyperosteogeny is a common and frequently-occurring disease. The modern doctors always focus mainly on curing bone. According to analogy, the writer analyses theoretically that hyperosteogeny is not only a degenerative change of sclerotin, but also adegenerative change of tendon and muscle. It is a complication of tendon and muscle disease. Consequently, the writer puts forward to a new therapy direction of treating hyperosteogeny:combining isolation and treatment, treating both tendon and bone.
